The Project to be performed consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and transportation required to complete the Project, with a scope of work to generally include, but is not limited to, the following: remove damaged pedestrian GUARDRAILs, remove/repair existing retaining wall and concrete curb, install new pedestrian GUARDRAIL.
