Peach Road Water Main Extension - General Construction

The Project includes, but not necessarily limited to, the installation of approximately 3,000 ft. of new 8-inch ductile iron water line, valves, hydrants, meter, backflow preventer, pitless pumping station, standby generator, concrete meter vault and other appurtenances, connection to existing main, trench and pavement restoration.

The work also includes the installation and maintenance of environmental protection measures, clearing and grubbing, restoration of affected areas, maintenance and protection of traffic, the procurement of permits for construction (including but not limited to a Town of Hyde Park road work permit, Town of Poughkeepsie road work permit, Town of Poughkeepsie qualified infrastructure construction plumbing permit, etc.) and other ancillary items necessary for the successful and lawful completion of the Project. Contractor shall be responsible for all permit fees and related costs.

Due date for questions submitted in writing is 2:00pm, Friday, May 30, 2025, via email to Edward Mills at: emills@dutchessny.gov . Responses will be posted electronically via Addenda to all plan holders of record on Bidnet or Contract Reporter no later than 4:00pm, Wednesday, June 18, 2025.

There will be no Pre-Bid Conference.
