Invitation to Bidders:
C.R. Crawford Construction, acting as Construction Manager for the Pea Ridge School District, will be receiving sealed bids for trade contract packages for the Pea Ridge Intermediate Gym Locker Room Renovation/ Roughly 1,000 SF space to undergo architectural, mechanical, & electrical renovations adding a new restroom, computer lab/tech room for students, storage space, and an additional administration office, located in, Pea Ridge, AR.
Bids will be received until 4PM CST, April 1st, 2025, and should be submitted via email in PDF format to jboshears@crcrawford.com . There will not be a public bid opening. Bids will be received and placed under review. The Project Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any formalities. Any bids received after the stated bid time will not be considered.

28 – Fire Alarm
Construction Documents and the CRCC Construction Management Manual (which includes Trade Package descriptions, Bid Forms and Instructions to Bidders) can be obtained by email requests to jboshears@crcrawford.com .
Bidder must have a current general or specialty license from the Arkansas Contractor’s License Board before the bid proposal will be considered. The bid proposal and the work of the proposed contract shall be in accordance with all applicable federal, state, county and local laws, ordinances, and regulations. Pursuant to Ark. Code Ann. § 22-9-203, C.R. Crawford Construction and Pea Ridge SD encourages all small, minority-owned, and women-owned business enterprises to submit bids for this project.
If you are interested in visiting the site to view existing conditions prior to bid submission, please contact jboshears@crcrawford.com to schedule your visit with the facilities manager at Pea Ridge. Pre-bid conference is not a mandatory requirement to submit a bid on the project.
