THERE WILL BE A PRE BID MEETING BEGINNING AT RED BANK BATTLEFIELD, MAINTENANCE BUILDING LOCATED AT MAIN PARKING LOT ON THURSDAY, AUGUST 8, 2023 AT 10:00 A.M. LOCAL TIME. DUE TO THE NATURE OF THIS PROJECT, ALL BIDDERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND.
