The University seeks a vendor, which provides optimum service and cost effectiveness to the designated campuses of the University of Houston System, to support its Payment Card Industry Online Compliance Program.

University of Houston bid openings will be reviewed and completed solely through the JAGGAER Sourcing Event Portal. To respond to Invitations and Requests posted to JAGGAER, you must first create an online account. To create an account, or to log in using an existing account, go to the Portal.
