The City of Mattoon is accepting bids for PCC/CLSM of Section 25-00000-03-GM.

All questions concerning the contract are due no later than June 12, 2025, at 12:00 pm (Noon). Proposals shall be submitted on bid documents that are available to you. Sealed bids labeled “2025 PCC/CLSM” are due by 11:00 A.M. on Friday June 20, 2025, to the City Clerk’s Office at 208 North 19th Street, Mattoon, Illinois 61938. All Contracts for the Construction of Public Works are subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/1-12). The right is reserved to waive technicalities and to reject any or all proposals.
