Bids must be accompanied by a Bid guarantee in the form of a Bid bond or certified check in the amount of not less than five (5) percent of the total amount Bid. A Contract Performance Bond and a Contract Payment Bond each equal to 100 percent of the Contract price will be required for the successful Bidder.

No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 calendar days after the date of receiving Bids, except that Bids for any Bidder who consents to extend the Bid Award date may, at the request of the Owner, be held for consideration for such longer period as may be agreed to, but in no event exceeding 150 calendar days.

This Project is anticipated to be funded in part by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). Accordingly, any Contract awarded under this Invitation for Bids will be subject to the applicable federal regulations in effect at the time of the underlying grant award, which include all requirements set out in the Bidding and Contract Documents which incorporate Federal Contract Provisions that include but are not limited to the Buy American Preference, Civil Rights Title VI Assurances, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Participation, Foreign Trade Restrictions, Davis-Bacon Requirements, Governmentwide Debarment and Suspension Disclosure, Disclosure of Lobbying, and Procurement of Recovered Materials.

In accordance with 49 CFR Part 26, a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Goal for this Project has been set at 0.00%.
