Pavilion Reconstruction White Sands Beach

Notice is hereby given that sealed proposals are sought and requested for the replacement of the Pavilion at White Sands Beach and performance of work thereon as per specifications. Specifications may be obtained in the office of Docko, 14 Holmes Street, PO Box 421, Mystic CT 06355, 860-572-8939, docko@soundengineeringassociates.com. Bids, in duplicate, must be received at the Old Lyme First Selectman’s Office, Old Lyme Memorial Town Hall, 52 Lyme Street, Old Lyme CT no later than 2pm on Tuesday, December 16, 2025. The right is reserved to reject any particular bid or to reject all bids. The Town of Old Lyme may award the contract to the bidder whose bid is deemed to be in the best interest of the Town. The acceptance of any bid by the Town shall be subject to the approval of the Old Lyme Board of Selectman.
