Notice is hereby given that Sauk County will receive Bids per specifications until 3:00 PM, Central Time, April 30, 2025 (Closing), for engineering and construction of a Pavilion located at the Sauk County Farm. No Bids will be received or considered after that time. The Land Conservation service area of the Sauk County Land Resources and Environment Department (Department) is interested in constructing a pavilion with amenities located at the Sauk County Farm. Construction will include engineering as noted within the RFB. The County would also like to have the option to add-on additional amenities including installation of ADA accessible grills and parking space construction. All Bidders must complete, sign, and return Part 3 of this RFB with their Bid.

April 4, 2025	RFB issue date
April 16, 2025, at 4:00 PM Central Time	Deadline submit clarifying questions
April 30, 2025, at 3:00 PM Central Time	Bids due
May	Bid awarded
December 31, 2025	Project completion
