The City of Rock Hill, South Carolina (“the City”) is seeking competitive proposals from qualified companies to provide the application of an asphalt-rejuvenating agent to asphaltic concrete surfaces at selected locations throughout the City.
The process of responding to this Request for Proposal (RFP) should involve interested companies reviewing and analyzing the information provided herein and responding to any and all items where a response is requested.
NOTE: The proposal opening is virtual. No in-person meeting will be held.
