Project Description: Request for Bids – RFB 2025-068, Pavement Rehabilitation Districts 1 & 4. Sealed Bids will be accepted at the City of Waco’s Operations Center, 1415 N. 4th Street, Waco, TX until 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, September 24, 2025. The City of Waco Pavement Rehabilitation - Districts 1 & 4 will include 7.39 lane miles of mill and overlay and various streets across districts 1 and 4.
