2026 Pavement Preservation- Asphalt Rejuvenator

Greenville County is soliciting sealed competitive bids from qualified contractors for its 2026 Pavement Preservation Project in order to extend the life of selected pavements. The project consists of the application of 152,053 square yards of asphalt rejuvenating agent as detailed in the special provisions. The work includes two separate bid items: 149,911 SY for roadways and 2,142 SY for a recreational trail. The project will treat primarily two-lane residential roads. A road list is provided in the special provisions. Bidders must provide separate unit prices for each item. The winning contractor shall provide all materials and labor, including rock dust application and removal, needed to complete the project as specified. It is the contractor's responsibility to review the site conditions and special provisions prior to bidding on the work.
