The Town of Agawam, Chief Procurement Officer in consultation with the Engineering Department hereby invites sealed bids from qualified experience sources in accordance with Chapter 30, Section 39M, inclusive as amended, for furnishing Line Striping and Pavement Markings (thermoplastic and paint). All prospective bidders must be prequalified by the Massachusetts Department of Transportation in the requisite category of work in accordance with 720 CMR 5.00, “Prequalification of Bidders”. Only MassDOT Prequalified Contractors will be allowed to request Official Bid Documents

The term of this contract shall extend from day of contract execution through November 30, 2026. Awarding Authority reserves the right to extend the contract for one (1) additional 12 month option.
