Notes	Project Description: The Public Improvement, upon which bids are requested, generally consists of asphalt milling, pavement patching, curb-and gutter replacement, crack and seat, storm sewer intake and sanitary manhole replacement, and associated work in preparation for HMA overlay by City forces located at twelve (12) project locations including: Eastland Drive SE from Trailridge Road to Trailridge Road, Jacolyn Drive NW from E Avenue to Montclair Drive, Parkland Drive SE from Park Lane to Trailridge Road (east half), Seely Avenue SE from 27th Street to end of asphalt on 14th Avenue, Regal Avenue NE from Old Marion Road to Lee Street, Matterhorn Drive NE from Wenig Road to Applewood Court, Kesler Road NW from West Post Road to Holly Avenue, Day Street NW from Cedar Drive to D Avenue, Hollywood Boulevard NE from Council Street to Richmond Road, Crestview Drive SE from 13th Avenue to 30th Street, Sherman Street NE from 42nd Street to 46th Street, and 26th Street Drive SE from 1st Avenue to 23rd Street Drive. The Engineer’s opinion of probable cost is $3,990,000. Early Start Dat e: Overall - Upon Receipt of Notice to Proceed Manhole Boxouts and Casting Adjustments to Finished Grade: Upon completion of overlay work by Cedar Rapids Public Works Street Operations. Late Start Date: Overall - 05/19/2025 Manhole Boxouts and Casting Adjustments to Finished Grade: A maximum of 14 calendar days after completion of overlay work by Cedar Rapids Public Works Street Operations.
