Pursuant to Chapter 2269 of the Texas Government Code and other applicable law, the

City of Bryan (the “City”) is soliciting Competitive Sealed Proposals from qualified firms

interested in providing construction services in connection with the construction of

2025 and publicly opened and read aloud at the location via *zoom. The outside of the

envelope must clearly be labeled with the proposer’s name, the RFP name/number

and the due date. Any Proposal received after the aforementioned closing time will

to 10:00 AM CST on September 8, 2025. Contact with any City of Bryan employee

or official is prohibited without prior written consent from the City Purchasing

Supervisor. Failure to observe this requirement may be grounds for rejection of the

Proposal.
