2025 PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT ANALYSIS AND

ASSET MANAGEMENT INVENTORY

Please be advised, the City of Bridgeton, Missouri is accepting Proposals to conduct a Pavement Management Analysis and Asset Management Inventory until 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 19, 2024 at the Bridgeton Government Center located at 12355 Natural Bridge Road.  Proposals must be received at the Government Center prior to 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 19, 2024.

Project Summary and Proposal Document Information:  The City of Bridgeton, Public Works Department seeks proposals to conduct Pavement Management Analysis and Asset Management Inventory for approximately 67 centerline miles of roadway within the city.  The City currently manages the roads, trees, sidewalks, driveways, signage, etc. with in-house visual assessments and is desirous to maximize budget dollars in preserving road quality and right-of-way management to the full extent possible.  The consultant should be skilled with various GIS applications as well as pavement and right-of-way asset software required to perform the work.  The City of Bridgeton is a suburb of St. Louis County on a key junction in the metropolitan interstate system of I-70 and I-270 with a population of over 11,000 and a geographic area of 17 square miles.

The City intends to award a contract to a consultant that will meet our qualification criteria and has successfully performed services on similar projects in the past.
