General Scope: Resurface/Reconstruct approximately 54,900 SF of existing parking lots and make sport repairs and improvements to surrounding hardscape structures. Reconfigure existing drainage ways.

Pre-Bid Meeting attendance is recommended. and will take place at 10:00 am on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, at 1300 Cathey Rd, Charlotte, NC 28214.
Bids will be due by mail, or hand delivered only to 3301 Stafford Drive, Charlotte, NC 28208 Attn: Yolanda Fergerson NLT 2:00 PM on March 18th, 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened. 5% Bid Bond is required with all bid submissions over $500K and above. 100% Payment and Performance Bonds will be required for successful bidder before contract execution.
