Description: The New York State Unified Court System Office of Court Administration (“OCA” or “UCS”) is soliciting this Request for Bids (RFB) for the design of a datacenter in OCA’s existing office building in Albany, NY (the “Site Location”). The awardee of this RFB will not be eligible to submit a bid or proposal if OCA issues a subsequent solicitation seeking proposals for the purchase and installation of the datacenter equipment based on, or related to, this design (See Section IX, Downstream Prohibition). For purposes of this Request for Bids (“RFB”), the terms “awardee,” “awarded contractor,” “bidder,” and “contractor” shall all have the same meaning, which shall be defined as “the company submitting a response to this RFB.”
