PATRIOTS PARK REVITALIZATION – PLAYGROUND REPLACEMENT

Sealed proposals for “PATRIOTS PARK REVITALIZATION – PLAYGROUND REPLACEMENT, STEAP GRANT FUNDED PROJECT No. 2023-032-149” will be received until 2:00 p.m. Local Time, April 23, 2026, in the Town Manager’s Office, Town Hall, 1712 Main Street, Coventry, CT. This project involves the development of a new playscape areas with a poured in place rubberized surface under the conditions provided in the Contract Documents. Coventry’s Public Works Department (DPW) is prepping the area to subgrade elevation. A mandatory pre-bid meeting on Tuesday April 15, 2026, 2 P.M. local time at the site at Patriots Park. This meeting will review STEAP grant requirements and gives bidders an opportunity to assess the site’s subgrade conditions.
