Description

The County of Yolo is requesting Proposals from qualified vendors to provide patients’ rights and advocacy services for the Severely Mentally Ill (SMI) and Severely Emotionally Disturbed (SED) clients of Yolo County and their family members per scope of work, as outlined in this RFP.

The estimated budget for this project is a maximum of $82,500 annually.  This amount is not guaranteed. Final contract compensation is dependent upon Yolo County’s future adopted budgets and revenues, and contract negotiations. Submittals exceeding this amount will be disqualified from consideration.

Proposers who submit a response to this RFP must have the ability to meet all the requirements, including the terms and conditions contained in this RFP.
