The Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) seeks to establish a multiple year IBM Passport Advantage software license, annual maintenance and support contract. WMATA uses several IBM software products to provide support to its end users and customers. The IBM Passport Advantage licenses, maintenance, and support ensures all IBM licenses within the WMATA enterprise are supported and remains in compliance with updates and utilization.
