Phase I Archaeological Survey to be conducted at the proposed North Fork of Blackwater Acid Mine Drainage (AMD) Treatment site.
The project, as proposed, will consist of the construction of a lime storage silo, two round clarifiers, collection and conveyance systems to capture and transport AMD to the site, sludge disposal areas and associated conveyance systems.
