70 Passenger Bus

Northern Lights Public Schools (NLPS) is seeking proposals for the purchase of one (1) CSA D250 Type C Conventional School bus (1-70 passenger). Key RFP Details are as follows:
Closing Date: August 28, 2026, at 12:00:00 P.M. MST
Submission Method: Proposals may be emailed to nlpsbid@nlsd.ab.ca or submitted via sealed mail to the Transportation Office in Bonnyville, AB. Faxed proposals will not be accepted.
Inquiries: Direct all questions in writing to Matt Richter at matt.richter@nlsd.ab.ca. The deadline for questions is August 19, 2026, at 12:00 P.M.
Delivery Timeline: Required between September 1 and September 30, 2026.

Proposals must include detailed specifications for comparison against the requirements listed in Appendix A and a "Proposal Sum" in Canadian Dollars (including all tariffs, freight, duties, and taxes, excluding GST). Proponents are responsible for conducting their own due diligence.

Delivery is required between September 1 and September 30, 2026.

Proposals will be accepted in email or paper submissions.
