Description:	HCA is initiating this RFQ to solicit Bids for a project to provide a Quality Assurance Clinician for the PASRR Screening Program and Evaluation of nursing facility applicants and residents, referred by hospital staff, primary care physicians, DSHS Community Nurse Consultants and social workers in compliance with 42 CFR 483, the HCA PASRR Program Manual, Public Law 100-203, The Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1987 and the Washington Medicaid (Title XIX) State Plan.
