Parts and Service for Vehicles and Off-Road Equipment (Annual Contract with 2 Options to Renew)

The County of DeKalb, GA (the "County"), is soliciting sealed Bids for Parts and Service for Vehicles and Off-Road Equipment (Annual Contract with 2 Options to Renew) . Bids are to be submitted via the County's eProcurement Portal via https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/dekalbcountyga PRIOR TO 3:00 pm on Monday, September 29, 2025 . Late Bids will not be accepted.

Project work includes all Parts and Service for Vehicles & Off-Road Equipment, including batteries. Parts include but are not limited to: Automotive, Heavy Equipment, Heavy Truck, Fire Apparatus, Body Shop and Tires. Bidders are to bid on any parts related to Fleet that they can provide. Repair services may be necessary in certain cases. Bidders are not required to bid on the batteries portion of the bid if they cannot provide them. No Bid or N/A is acceptable on items that cannot be provided.
