Partitions for East Fork State Park Shower House

Needed Supply: New partitions for East Fork shower house toilet stalls and doors for shower stalls. Only materials are needed, the labor will be completed in house.

Project Background: Shower house L partition replacement. The restrooms contain a total of 5 toilet stalls (3 women and 2 men), a urinal divider and 6 partition doors for the showers (3 men and 3 women) that will be mounted to cinder block walls. Once again, the labor will be completed in house.

Specifications : Before bidding on the job all companies must either complete a site visit or contact East Fork State Park Assistant Manager for partitions measurement information (Bryan Curless 513-205-7025). All partitions will need to come with everything needed to complete the installation such as all hardware and channel brackets. All hardware must be stainless steel, so it does not rust over time.

The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder by low lot total.  Low lot total will be determined by multiplying the unit cost by the estimated usage listed in the bid and then adding each of the totals together to arrive at a total for all items. Failure to bid all items may result in the bidder being deemed not responsive.
