1.0 NOTICE TO ALL BIDDERS AND PLAN\HOLDERS

The Contract Documents for the above-referenced Project are modified as set forth in this

Addendum. The original Contract Documents and any previously issued addenda remain in full

force and effect, except as modified by this Addendum, which is hereby made part of the

Contract Documents. Bidder shall take this Addendum into consideration when preparing and

submitting a bid, and shall acknowledge receipt of this Addendum in the space provided on the

Bid Form

2.0 BID SUBMITTAL DEADLINE

The bid submittal deadline remains the same and is not changed by this Addendum

3.0 PROJECT BID BOOKLET

There are no changes to the project bid tabs.

4.0 PROJECT SPECIAL PROVISIONS

The following changes shall be mode to the special provisions:

01010.03 Submittals - Furnish Water Quality Structures from the QPL or an approved equal

according to 00160.05.

Delete Table 0101-1 and replace with the following:

5.0 PROJECT PLAN SHEETS

On Project plan sheet C8, Note 11 has been modified to require the Contractor to coordinate

with Avista gas for temporary relocation of the existing gas line.

On Project plan sheets C12 and C16, catch inverts have been modified.

6.0 CLARIFICATIONS

The following are provided as a matter of information to clarify issues raised or questions about

the Contract Documents. To the extent that changes to the Contract Documents are required

based on the questions received, the Contract Documents have been modified as noted above

in the Project Bid Booklet and Project Plans sections of this Addendum.

1. There are no restrained joints required for waterline.

2. ADS-N12 storm sewer pipe is acceptable.

3. Federal funding is anticipated for reimbursement for some of the project through FEMA.

Domestic materials are required under the Build America / Buy America Act (BABAA).

4. The Contractor shall coordinate with Avista for temporary removal. Avista will cap the

gas line and cut and remove existing gas line in the construction area. contractor to then

coordinate with Avista so that the gas line is reinstalled during the time the Contractor is

backfill after culvert installation.
