Parole Mobile Officer Safety Platform

Parole and Community Services (P&CS) is seeking information on a mobile platform to assist with supporting officer safety during day to day activities as well as scheduled or emergency operations. We are interested in a platform that would allow for on-call notifications, emergency notification/response to include mapping/GPS abilities, information sharing for operational purposes and team mobilization. Further this platform would allow for administrators to be informed through a live feed remotely. Lastly, P&CS is looking for this platform which would allow growth and compatibility should equipment options expand. Some features that we are interested in would allow for access roles/capabilities to be different dependent upon the role of the user and the purpose of use. The department is currently using AT&T for mobile network provider yet we would be seeking something that is compatible with all services/sources (phone, tablet).
