Parkwide Construction Management Services

Description : The Hudson River Park Trust ("Trust") is pleased to invite you to submit a proposal in response to this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) for Parkwide CM Services. The Trust seeks to retain a construction management firm for supervision of construction work within the Hudson River Park, extending from Chambers to West 59th Street along Manhattan’s West Side, as described in the RFP.

Documents will be available on October 30, 2024. Interested firms may request the RFP by sending a completed RFP Request Form, attached hereto, to the RFP email listed below.

The Trust is an equal opportunity contracting agency. Any resulting contracts will include provisions mandating compliance with Executive Law Article 15A, Veteran’s Law Article 3 and the regulations promulgated there under.

M/WBE Sub-Contracting Goal: 30% (15% MBE and 15% WBE)
SDVOB Sub-Contracting Goal: 15%
