Parkway Water Reclamation Facility (WRF) Phase I Expansion 2.0 MGD

Project Description: The successful respondents shall utilize an open book approach to the projects and provide pre-construction services and a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) with full disclosure of actual costs to TOHO. Preconstruction responsibilities include, but are not limited to value engineering, construction cost estimating, constructability reviews, associated meetings and conferences, and open-book GMP development. Additionally, the successful respondents shall provide construction phase services, consisting of, but not limited to, administrative services, procurement, construction management, scheduling, supervision and accepted accounting principles throughout the complete project. Firms submitting must have prior Construction Manager-at-Risk (CMAR) experience for public entities.
