The endorsed "Proposal" for the Crooked Road Culvert will be received by the Parkville Special Road District until 3:00 P.M. (Prevailing Local Time) on July 30, 2026, at the office of the Parkville Special Road District. Bids will then be publicly opened and read aloud at 3:00 P.M.

A pre-bid meeting will not be held for this project. Any questions shall be directed to the Road District Engineer, Vincent Zink at vzink@ric-consult.com . Questions shall be submitted via email by 5:00 pm on July 24, 2026. Questions submitted after this deadline will not be considered.

The proposed work includes:

This project consists of lining approximately 59 linear feet of the existing corrugated metal pipe (CMP) beneath Crooked Road. The proposed improvement is limited to rehabilitation of the existing CMP through installation of a CIPP liner to prevent further deterioration and corrosion of the pipe.

The wage rates applicable to this project have been predetermined as required by law and are set forth in the bid proposal. When Federal wage rates are applicable and included, this contract is subject to the "Work Hours Act of 1962," (P.L. 87-581; 76 Stat. 357) and implementing regulations.
