Parks and Recreation - Printing Services for Quarterly Activity Guide

The City of Yorba Linda is seeking a qualified company capable to provide printing, binding, and packaging of approximately 28,000 copies of the City’s Activity Guide four times per year.

The Guide is a quarterly brochure that is mailed to every household in Yorba Linda which informs the public of a variety of classes, activities, special events and registration information.

This Request for Proposal is for binding, printing, and packaging of approximately 28,000 Activity Guides on a quarterly basis.  Currently the City requires the printer to deliver a portion of the Activity Guides to a mail house distributor for mailing and the remaining to the Yorba Linda Community Center, 4501 Casa Loma Ave., Yorba Linda, CA 92886.
