Parks and Recreation On-call Roof Repair Services

The purpose of this Invitation to Bid is for Pierce County to secure the services of a roofing Contractor to perform miscellaneous skilled roof repairs, roof replacements, rooftop decking & support for Pierce County. The Contractor will work at various Pierce County Parks locations (including the Chambers Bay and Lake Spanaway Golf Courses), on an as-needed basis.

Pierce County is unable to determine the precise schedule or amount of work that may be performed. The work will be assigned by Pierce County by work order number, addressing scope of work and required time of completion. Contractors must have the capability to serve the County by providing material, labor, and all necessary equipment to perform a variety of projects. Work under this contract will be issued on an on-call, work order basis.

Successful bidders should be able to provide references showing at least three years of experience completing roofing projects for municipalities.
