Overview

Summary

Hernando County is soliciting bids for the phased interior renovation of an existing warehouse facility for the Parks and Recreation Department. The project includes the construction of five (5) new offices within the warehouse space, followed by renovations to the existing office and lobby areas. Work will include framing, drywall, electrical and data installation, flooring, HVAC modifications, and other associated improvements. All work must comply with local codes and standards. A licensed Building Contractor or General Contractor is required. Permits have been approved; the selected contractor will assume the permit and pay applicable fees.
