The intent of this solicitation is to award an annual contract for the supply of park ground maintenance materials to be used by the Parks and Recreation Department and Capital Improvement Program Municipal Drainage Unit Department.

The questions will be shared with the department after the end of the cut-off date/time and will be posted as soon as they are received from the department. If the responses necessitate a significant change to the specifications, an addendum will be issued. The City of Irving strongly encourages bidders to submit their response to this bid electronically. Please call the individual listed on the bid if you require assistance with this submittal.
