SCOPE OF WORK
: The City of Bartow’s Parks, Recreation & Cultural Arts Department is seeking bids from qualified contractors to provide all necessary labor, equipment, materials, supplies, and supervision for the installation of public restrooms at six designated locations within the city. Further details about this project are outlined in the following pages. To obtain a copy of the specifications, maps, and drawings, please download Attachments “A,” “B,” “C,” “D,” “E,” and “F.”
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:
There will be a MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING / SITE VISIT at 10:00 A.M.(EDT) on Wednesday May 28, 2025, located at Main Street Bartow Office 180 S Central Ave., Bartow, FL 33830. An authorized representative or agent of the Bidder must be present at this meeting, as evidenced by their signature on the meeting’s sign-in sheet, or the Bidder’s Submittal will be considered non-responsive.
