Description: Binghamton University Transportation and Parking Services intends to purchase 5 new touchscreen parking paystations that allow customers to pay at the paystation, with a text to park option or a mobile app. The paystations need to be pay by plate and accept cash/coin, credit/debit, and touchless payment options. Paystation batteries must be solar powered. SUNY intends to make an award under our discretionary authority, pursuant to NYS Education Law 355 (5) {a}, which is up to $125,000, for the above noted commodity / product or service.
