Solicitation Summary
The purpose of the request for proposals is to solicit sealed proposals from qualified firms to establish a contract through competitive negotiation to provide, configure, and implement a comprehensive, efficient, modern and robust Parking Management System (System) for parking enforcement and parking permits.
The system will, at a minimum, be capable of automating the City’s parking enforcement and parking permit processes as described herein. The system should be fully implemented no later than June 1, 2025.
