Description

PURPOSE. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to establish a contract(s) to provide parking lot striping and pavement markings for all ten regions in the State of Minnesota. The contract(s) awarded through this solicitation will be available to all State Agencies and Cooperative Purchasing Venture (CPV) Members on an as needed basis. Individual projects under this contract are not to exceed $175,000.00 in total value, including change orders. The work to be completed must consist of furnishing all labor, tools, materials, equipment and all other necessities required to legally and correctly perform parking lot striping and pavement marking.

QUESTIONS/ CLARIFICATIONS. Any questions and/or clarifications in regard to the solicitation response shall be made in writing to John H. Roth, Buyer, via email at john.h.roth@state.mn.us by July 1, 2025, no later than 3:00 PM CT. If a Responder discovers any significant ambiguity, error, conflict, discrepancy, omission, or
other deficiency in the RFP, they must immediately notify the Buyer in writing of such error and request modification or clarification of the document. Responders are not to contact anyone within any other State Agency regarding this solicitation. The State is not obligated to answer questions submitted after the questions/clarifications due date and time.
