Parking Lot Maintenance and Repair Services, On-Call

Baltimore County, Maryland, Purchasing Division is seeking Bids for Parking Lot Maintenance and Repair Services, On-Call . Bids are to be submitted through the Procurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/baltimorecountymd , no later than 2:00 pm on Thursday, December 4, 2025 .

The County is seeking a paving contractor to provide on-call parking lot maintenance, repair, and repaving services. The vendor will also provide related items necessary to perform pavement failure repairs and minor resurfacing on parking lots and walking paths. This is a one-year term agreement with up to four annual one-year renewals.
