The Greater Hartford Transit District (GHTD), Hartford, Connecticut, a municipal corporation formed under Chapter 103a of the Connecticut General Statutes, Revision of 1958, as amended, is seeking a contractor to expand the parking lot at the Greater Hartford Transit District’s ADA Paratransit Operations and Maintenance Facility, located at 148 Roberts Street, East Hartford, CT 06108 onto the acquired parcel at 144 Roberts Street.
