Description:

The Contractor shall provide parking spaces for State vehicles for the NYC Field Office, located at 330 Fifth Avenue (at 33rd Street). Currently the office has 4 passenger vehicles: Two Chevrolet Malibus, one Toyota Camry; one Toyota Avalon.

The Contractor’s garage where the vehicles shall be parked must be within the following boundaries:

Bounded on the North by East or West 37th Street;
Bounded on the South by East or West 28th Street;
Bounded on the East by Lexington Avenue;
Bounded on the West by 7th Avenue.

The Contractor shall provide valet services to park and retrieve each vehicle as many times per day as requested/required by the New York City Field Office staff. The Contractor's Garage will be open and will provide service from 6 A.M. to Midnight, Monday through Friday and 8 A.M. – 8 P.M. Saturday and Sunday.
