The Central Florida Tourism Oversight District (herein after “District”, “Owner” and “CFTOD”) is a Special Taxing District that serves as a local government entity. The District is responsible for its public infrastructure including, but not limited to roads, bridges, and water control system. The District also includes multiple structured parking facilities, including the Disney Springs parking garages.

The District is seeking proposals from experienced firms to provide comprehensive parking garage operations services, ensuring efficient traffic flow and high-quality service for all visitors. The work to be performed primarily involves supplying skilled labor and management to handle the day-to-day operational requirements of these specific parking structures.
