2026-34 Parking Elevator Maintenance Contract

PURPOSE AND SCOPE: The City of Charleston, WV (the City) is soliciting bids for a complete annual elevator maintenance agreement for the Charleston Parking Department. This Request for Quotation (RFQ) covers two (2) Hydraulic Passenger Elevators and six (6)
Traction Passenger Elevators located at various Parking Garages owned and operated by the City of Charleston. Prospective Vendors are advised that all eight (8) elevators covered under this Contract are older units and are located in outdoor or semi-outdoor environments within
the City’s parking structures. The age of the equipment and exposure to the elements are material conditions that Vendors must account for when preparing their bids, and the successful service provider will be expected to have experience maintaining aging equipment operating in exterior conditions.

Pre-Bid Meeting:
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the City Hall,
501 Virginia Street East Room 308 on 3rd Floor, Charleston WV, 25301, on Wednesday, July 22, 2026, at 1:00 pm.
