Parker Road Sidewalks - East Side Gaps Pine Drive to Stroh Road CIP23-042
The project consists of constructing approximately 3,700 feet of a 10-foot-wide concrete shared use path along the east side of Parker Road (State Highway 83) between Pine Drive and Stroh Road in two different segments. Curb ramps will be upgraded to be ADA compliant when within the work area. Retaining walls, two prefabricated steel pedestrian bridges, and other drainage structures will be required in various locations. Pre-Qualification of Bidder: The contractor must be on CDOT’s contractor pre-qualified list prior to submitting a bid and must provide proof of the prequalification with the Contractor’s bid. https://cdot.dbesystem.com/ Bidder Proposal Checklist: The following checklist is for the Bidder’s convenience as a reminder of items to include with the Bid submittal: • Is Bid proposal signed? • Are all issued Addenda acknowledged? • Is Bid Bond signed, and in 5% of the amount Bid? • Are known subcontractors listed? • Is the Anti Collusion Affidavit signed and included (CDOT Form 606)? • Is the Anticipated DBE Participation Plan signed and included (CDOT Form 1414)? • Are all Bid Schedule(s) Completed? • Proof of CDOT Pre-qualification prior to bidding Bidders should be prepared to submit with CDOT Forms 1415, 1416, 605, and 621 within five (5) calendar days of selection. |
