INVITATION FOR BIDS

BID #:  PW-1174 Parker Hannifin Hydraulic Supplies

The City of Framingham (City), invites sealed bids to provide Parker Hannifin Corporation Hydraulic Supplies and maintain the inventory of these hydraulic supplies for the City of Framingham Department of Public Works.  This includes both metric and fractional fittings including British pipe thread.  All hose inventory will be Parker Hannifin Series 302 100R2 and shall be used with Parker Hannifin 43 Series bite crimp fittings. This is a proprietary specification to which no substitutes shall be accepted or approved.

Bid documents can be obtained electronically through the City of Framingham’s Vendor Registry portal on Wednesday January 15, 2025 after 10:00AM on Vendor Registry https://vrapp.vendorregistry.com/Vendor/Register/Index/city-of-framingham-ma-vendor-registration

Sealed bids must be submitted electronically through the City’s Vendor Registry system. Bids submitted through any other means, such as mail, email or hand delivery, will not be accepted and will be rejected by the City as non-responsive.

Sealed Bids shall be submitted through Vendor Registry and are due on Thursday January 30, 2025 at 11:00 A.M.

The City reserves the right to reject any and all submissions, to waive any minor informalities and technicalities, or to cancel the bid if it were in the public interest to do so.
