Description
1) Contractor ships containers and syringes required to perform the 13 annual transformer oil samples annually in April. Parker Dam will draw sample and ship to contractor facility for analyses.

2) Required laboratory analyses to be preformed on each of the 13 samples.

a) Oil Test with w/KF Moisture
b) Dissolved Gas Analysis
c) Power Factor
d) DBPC Inhibitor
e) Furanic Compounds in Oil
f) Metals
3) Contractor will provide an in-depth oil analysis report for each oil sample provided with results of tests performed as required in section 1.04, 2). That will include recommendations for corrective actions, oil suitability, and recommended retesting frequency.

a) The contractor shall deliver the sample bottles/ syringes to the Bureau of Reclamation, Parker Dam Power Plant annually in April, located at:

Parker Dam Field Division
2209 Parker Dam Road
Parker Dam, CA 92267.
