The City is requesting Submissions from qualified Contractors to provide Parkade Maintenance and
other related Services for various Parkades and Lots in Nanaimo, British Columbia as noted below:

a. Bastion Parkade, 236 Bastion Street
b. Harbour Front Parkade, 51 Gordon Street
c. Port of Nanaimo Centre Parkade, 101 Gordon Street
d. Cavan Parking Lot (2 Lots), 35 Cavan Street and 95 Cavan Street
e. Wallace and Wentworth Street Parking Lot, 340 Wentworth Street
f. Selby Street Parking Lot, 299 Selby Street.

This Request for Bid is subject to the New West Partnership Trade Agreement, Canadian Free Trade
Agreement - Chapter 5, and the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) -
Chapter 19.
