The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a 12-month term contract with one qualified vendor to provide Integrated Pest Management (IPM) services for Natural Tunnel State Park located in Duffield, Virginia to minimize the impact of site management practices on the local ecosystem and to reduce exposure of occupants, staff and maintenance personnel to potential hazardous chemical, biological and particle contaminants.Pre-bid site visits will be available at Natural Tunnel State Park from 9:00 AM (0900 EST) to Noon (1200 EST) on Wednesday and Thursday, July 9 and 10. Visit the Natural Tunnel State Park office to register your attendance and receive additional relevant guidance. Completion of a pre-bid site visit is Mandatory for your bid to be considered valid.
