Bid Solicitation – Park Shop Mortar Replacement

Wicomico County is seeking bids from Qualified Vendors to remove all of the existing mortar

and install new mortar in all the joints on the concrete wall. A sealant will also be applied to the

outside of the wall; at the Park Maintenance Office Building, in conformity with the

requirements contained herein Bid Documents.

Bid Documents for the above referenced project may be obtained from the Wicomico County

Purchasing Department by either e-mailing the Purchasing department, at

purchasing@wicomicocounty.org or by calling 410-548-4805 during normal business hours, or

via the County’s Bids page on the County’s website. Vendors are responsible for checking this

website for addenda prior to submitting their bids. Wicomico County is not responsible for the

content of any Bid Document received through any third party bid service. It is the sole

responsibility of the vendor to ensure the completeness and accuracy of their Completed Bid

Documents.

A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, January 25, 2024 at the site;

Bill Gene Jackson Park located on North Lake Street in Salisbury, MD 21801.

The last day for questions will be noon on Thursday, February 1, 2024.

Sealed Bids are due no later than Thursday, February 8, 2023 at 2:30 p.m. and will be opened

and read aloud in the Purchasing Department located at 125 N. Division Street, Government

Office Building, Room B-3, Salisbury, MD 21801.

Late Bid Documents will not be accepted.

Minority vendors are encouraged to compete for award of the solicitation.
